Our Return Policy
Purchase receipt is required for a return or exchange. Most returns are accepted with the receipt up to 30 days after purchase date. Products and merchandise must be in store bought condition to be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Bedding must be unopened and unused. Special order, custom made, electronic, opened consumable items (including batteries) or unsanitary items are not eligible for return. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Not all products are eligible for return, we reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund. Certain products will require the manufacturer's assistance for repair or replacement, in those cases we will provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty and contact information.
Eligible refunds will be issued for the purchase price and in the original method of payment. If you paid for the item with a check, we will refund you with a check within 10 business days.
